Cancellation policy

Services paid in full:

Cancellations made 14 DAYS or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund minus admin fees of £30. Cancellations within 7 - 13 DAYS will incur a 50% refund minus admin fees of £30. If the required notice period is not met, you will still be charged for the services and not qualify for a refund.

Deposits:

You are holding a spot when you pay a deposit, so deposits are non-refundable for all events. If you cannot attend, your place can not be transferred to a friend.​
