SERVICES

By enrolling on to any of Plenty Paws services' you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. The enrollment and acceptance of the below terms and conditions will be treated as a legal contract between the client and Plenty Paws.

Yours and your dog's attendance to any of Plenty Paws services is not completely without risk. Plenty Paws staff will make every effort to keep a safe and fun environment for all the dogs, and to prevent loss or injury to all dogs under the supervision of Plenty Paws. You must understand that dogs are animals and they have their own thoughts and make their own decisions. You understand that dogs may nip or bite as a form of natural dog behaviour, Plenty Paws staff will make every effort to prevent injury, you agree to hold all dogs free of all liability in relation to nips and bites as you understand this is a natural dog behaviour. You agree to hold Plenty Paws free of all liability in relation to the consequences of your dog’s actions in the care of Plenty Paws and take full responsibility of your dog’s own actions.

 

You are responsible for any damages or injury caused whilst your dog is in the care of Plenty Paws. You understand and agree that you are responsible for any damages or injury sustained by your dog whilst in the care of Plenty Paws.

 

Your dog may be photographed, or video/audio recorded whilst in the care of Plenty Paws. You agree that such photos and recordings taken whilst at Plenty Paws to be used for educational and promotional materials and media purposes. If you do not consent for your dog to be photographed you must inform Plenty Paws prior to every session.

Group sessions are for friendly and sociable dogs only. Your dog must be friendly and sociable to attend classes if your dog is not sociable or friendly you and your dog will be denied entry to the class without a refund.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Services paid in full:

Cancellations made 14 DAYS or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund minus admin fees of £30. Cancellations made within 7 - 13 DAYS will incur a 50% refund minus admin fees of £30. If the required notice period is not met, you will still be charged for the services and not qualify for a refund.

Deposits:

You understand that you am holding a spot, so deposits are non-refundable for this event. If you or your dog cannot attend, You understand that You cannot transfer to a friend.​

PAYMENT TERMS.

If you have paid a deposit you will receive a invoice for the remainder amount, if your invoice is not paid within 4 days of receiving your invoice your appointment/space will be cancelled and you deposit will not be returned. Payment MUST be made using the correct payment reference, which can be found on your invoice. Failure to do so may result is your appointment/space being cancelled.

 

SICKNESS

Plenty Paws takes actions to prevent spreading of infections, parasites, and diseases. In the event of a dog being diagnosed with a contagious infection, parasite or disease Plenty Paws must be notified as soon as possible. If your dog is found to have fleas, ticks or mites you will be notified, and treatment may be required before continuing with Plenty Paws services. If your dog suffers from sickness and/or diarrhoea, Plenty Paws must be notified. An absence from Plenty Paws services will be necessary (48 hours from last spout of sickness and diarrhoea). If your dog suffers from a cough, sneezes or anything contagious (must check with vet prior to class attendance), they MUST NOT attend any Plenty Paws service.

You will not be entitled to money off or a refund of any kind if your dog has to be absent from a class due to sickness of any kind.

 

The safety and wellbeing of the dogs in the care of Plenty Paws’ is a priority and services may be postponed or shortened if the environment is deemed unsafe for the wellbeing of the dogs in care.
